I received my Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from University of Houston in 2004. While I attended college, I started my real estate career and acquired my license in 1999. I became an investor & property manager in 2001 and I have thoroughly enjoyed assisting our clients over the years. By being fluent in Spanish, I am able to assist our Spanish speaking clients in the language of their preference. I focus on overseeing the operations in our office, accounting records and assists our clients in selling their properties. of the daily operations. In my role as administrative assistant, I not only
get to help property owners find the best possible tenants for their homes
by conducting a thorough screening process but, I also help the tenants go

As part of the Sugarland Property Management team, I am constantly working
with tenants to help them get through tough moments by coordinating
repairs. I am able to accomplish this by working hand in hand with
contractors to find the most efficient solution to our tenant's problems
while at the same time ensuring that our owners get the most bang for their
buck. I graduated from the University of Houston and I love working with
people to help in any way that I can, this is an aspect of my role at
Sugarland Property Management that I find most satisfying and enjoyable. I

One of the greatest things in life that brings me joy and purpose is to help people; it truly brings a smile to my face when I see that something that I was a part of has positively helped another person. I am the Property Condition Specialist for SPM. I truly enjoy meeting all of our tenants - they are like an extended family to us at SPM. It is also fun to hear their stories about their life and how they came to live in the area as they walk with me through their review. I received my Bachelors degree from Texas A&M University and my Master of Business Administration from Southern Methodist University. I conduct the property condition reviews for our managed properties and interact with our tenants to get a real feel for the condition of the property. I also anticipate any potential repairs/maintenance that may be needed (current or future) and provide a full photo profile/report for our property owners.

I hold a bachelor’s degree in Education from Texas A&M University and
after years of raising my two daughters and volunteering in the Sugar Land
Community I decided to reenter the workforce. I am delighted to be a part
of the Sugarland Property Management team and as a Property Condition
Specialist I get the privilege of meeting our tenants and making them feel
valued while assessing the condition of the property. After evaluation of
the property, I make recommendations for repairs or maintenance based upon
what I see during my visit. I also provide photos and a full report of the
property for the owners. It is a privilege to be on this team and I can
honestly say that everyone at Sugarland Property Management is caring and
works hard to provide great service.*
